Share the basics
Make, model, the Gurgaon pickup address, the destination and a preferred date. After checking what that route allows, we send back a written quote that costs you nothing.
Inspection at pickup
Meet us at home, at the office or down in the society parking. Walking around the car together, our team notes each existing scratch and dent, plus the odometer reading and the fuel level.
Photos come next. Four sides, roof, both bumpers, the wheels, and the dashboard with the odometer visible. Shoot your own set on your phone as well. Two sets never hurt.
Loading and tie-down
A team member drives the car onto the carrier and secures it. Detachable pieces such as a roof carrier get removed, wrapped and sent separately.
Handover
At the destination the car comes off, and the same condition report gets checked with you or with someone you nominate. Compare it against the pickup photos, then sign. Narrow lane outside the new house? A safe handover spot nearby gets fixed in advance.
Clear the car out before pickup
People skip this part. Then they regret it.
- The boot, fully. Yes, including the bags you meant to "just leave in there".
- Glovebox and door pockets: sunglasses, parking cards, coins, cables.
- Phone mounts, dashcams and anything held on by suction.
- Car perfume and loose bottles that might tip and leak.
- Child seats, unless we’ve agreed to pack them separately.
- House keys, office ID and the society gate remote. They go along for the ride more often than you’d think.
Please don’t treat the cabin as one more carton for household stuff. Things inside aren’t part of the condition check, and they slide about in transit. Send them with your main move through our household shifting crew instead.
Fuel, battery and the small checks
About a quarter tank is plenty. Extra fuel only adds weight, and all the car really needs is enough to roll on and off the carrier and then reach a petrol pump at the far end.
Check that the battery holds charge, tyres sit at normal pressure and the handbrake grips. Known problems, like a slow leak, a warning light or a sticky clutch, should be mentioned at pickup so they go on the report. An alarm that triggers with movement needs switching off, or show our team how. Fold the mirrors in.

What moves the price
Each booking gets its own quote. Distance and route come first, along with the size of the car, because a hatchback and a large SUV are not the same job. Carrier availability on your date matters, access at both ends matters, festive months and month-ends get busy, and booking the car alongside your household move can change the figure too, so mention it if that’s the plan.

A tip for big societies. Arrange the car’s gate pass ahead of time, because some security desks won’t let a vehicle leave with anyone other than the owner unless they’ve been informed beforehand.

Most car bookings arrive alongside a house move. Furniture and cartons go through our packing team for flats and houses, and scooters or motorcycles can travel with our two-wheeler packing.
